Go For "2" Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can Brooks Just for Chili diced tomatoes
1 can Brooks dark kidney beans
1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced jalapenos
1 c. sliced black olives
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper, adding black, red and crushed pepper.
(Drain fat when done.)
Combine remaining ingredients.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
Add meat to mixture.
Let cook another 30 minutes or so.
Serve with oyster crackers, cheese or a dash of sour cream.
