Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. croutons (cheese-garlic)
1 c. mayo or salad dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips or 1 c. Stove Top stuffing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
Spoon into ungreased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
