Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter, stir in flour and seasonings; slowly stir in cream.
Bring to boiling point; boil 2 minutes.
Add paprika.
(A quarter teaspoon dry mustard may be blended with flour for a slightly different taste.)
