Cabbage Wedge Meal In One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into 6 to 8 wedges and place in buttered casserole dish or skillet.
    Arrange onion, ground beef and rice between wedges.
    Combine tomatoes, water and seasonings.
    Pour over contents in casserole.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
