Saucy Meat Ball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery
    1 1/3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oleo
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, pork, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, onions and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape by tablespoons into meatballs. Brown.
    Cover.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Combine both soups, 1 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water.
    Heat until steaming.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Top with biscuits.
