Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck roast, cut up
    2 carrots
    2 onions
    3 potatoes
    2 celery stalks
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Cook all day in slow cooker.
