Simple Never-Fail Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water in bowl.
    Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and salt.
    Add flour, 2 cups at a time, mixing to form stiff dough.
    Place in oiled bowl, turning to oil surface.
    Let rise, covered with damp cloth, until doubled in bulk.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
    Shape into rolls; place in greased baking pan or muffin cups.
    Brush with oil.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    May glaze or brush with melted margarine.
    Yield: 36.
