Baked Fish With Lemon Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. melted butter
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
2 dashes Tabasco

Preparation

Season fish with salt and pepper both sides and arrange fish in buttered baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Heat remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with lemon slices.
This is good using almost any fish.
