Skillet Chicken In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    3 lb. chicken thighs
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
    2 oranges, peeled and sliced
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat, add chicken and brown on all sides.
    Remove chicken from Dutch oven and set aside; reserve drippings in pan. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients and stir into drippings.
    Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
    Gradually stir in orange juice and water. Bring mixture to a boil; add chicken.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
    Place orange slices on top of chicken.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serve over rice.
