Dorothy'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sliced potatoes
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. cubed ham
    salt and pepper
    1/2 small chopped onion or onion flakes
Preparation
    Place in layers in
    a 3 quart casserole.
    Dot about 1/4 pound oleo on top.
    Add 2 cups milk (might use less).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then
    at
    350\u00b0\tfor
    45
    minutes or until potatoes are tender.
