Hamburg Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Spry
1 1/2 c. canned or cooked tomatoes
Preparation

Combine hamburg, onions, green pepper, corn meal, seasonings, milk and egg.
Blend thoroughly.
Form into 12 balls.
Roll in flour.
Brown in hot Spry in skillet.
Add remaining flour and tomatoes.
Cover and cook on low heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
