Golden Pennies Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced carrots, cooked until tender-crisp (either frozen or fresh)
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper (sweet)
1 red sweet pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
-
Heat the last 6 ingredients and pour over the remaining ingredients.
Let stand several hours or overnight.
Will keep 3 weeks in fridge.
