Dill Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    cloves
    fresh dill
    2 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. coarse or pickling salt
    garlic cloves
Preparation
    Wash and
    trim\tcarrots.
    Cut
    into
    small
    strips
    and blanch for 2
    to
    3 minutes.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Make brine of vinegar, water,
    sugar and salt.
    Bring this to a boil.
    In each jar, put 2 cloves of garlic and pack with carrots.\tPlace small pieces of
    dill
    on
    top and pour boiling brine over and seal.
