Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or chicken fat
    3 c. bite size pieces cooked chicken
    1/4 tsp. pepper, nutmeg and garlic powder
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer potatoes until tender.
    Saute celery, green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Make gravy with 3 tablespoons of butter, flour, seasonings and broth.
    Pour other ingredients into casserole dish.
