Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, grated
1 small jar (1 oz.) pimento
1 small carton sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herbs)
Preparation

Mix squash, chicken soup, onion, pimento and sour cream.
Melt 3/4 stick oleo in skillet; add about 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing; sauteed.
Line baking dish with buttered stuffing (save 1/2 crumbs for top).
Pour mixture in and cover with balance of crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
