Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Bleu cheese
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, vinegar, mustard and garlic with about 3 ounces of cheese.
Mash cheese well.
Slowly add oil while mixing with electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in remaining cheese with spoon.
Chill.
