Apple Date Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. ground apples (raw)
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. ground dates

Preparation

Mix all together in one bowl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
