Slimming Sippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-calorie cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
    1 c. frozen loose pack raspberries
    1 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender container combine juice cocktail and berries. Cover; blend until almost smooth.
    Sieve mixture; return to blender.
    Discard seeds.
    Add ice cubes.
    Cover; blend until smooth.
    Serves 5.
    Low in calories, high in flavor!
