Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. sugar (for topping)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
Fold in the berries.
Grease tins well.
Grease tops of tin, too.
Pile batter high in cups.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Cool in pans for 30 minutes before removing.
