Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes, peeled and quartered
    salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
    Mash potatoes until smooth.
    Add cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of butter, garlic salt, pepper and salt.
    Mix until smooth.
    Gradually add milk, mixing until smooth.
    Turn potato mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Dot the top with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes longer.
