Sausage Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Partially brown sausage in large skillet; reserve 1/4 cup drippings.
    Grease a 10-inch skillet. Preheat oven.
    Combine egg, milk and sausage drippings.
    Stir in sausage and corn meal.
    Blend well.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
