Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frozen ham loaf, thawed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 c. cracker crumbs or oatmeal
1 c. milk
2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix ham loaf, pepper, eggs, cracker crumbs and milk.
Mix well.
Form into balls and place in baking pan.
Mix sugar, mustard, vinegar and water.
Pour over balls in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered, and 1 hour, uncovered.
Double sauce mixture if you desire more juice.
