Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large carrots
    1/2 (8 oz.) skillet cornbread, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 lb. browned pan sausage, well drained (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
