Stuffed Pepper Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef (or ground turkey)
28 oz. tomato sauce (Contadina has only 1 gr. sugar per serving)
28 oz. canned diced tomatoes with juice (Red Gold brand has 3 gr. sugar per serving)
2 C. cooked rice (or you can substitute 3/4 C uncooked rice)
2 C. chopped green pepper
1 to 2 can Sweet Sue canned beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large pan, brown beef (drain). Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, or until the peppers and rice are done.
