Easy Baked Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned (about 4 lb. total)
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 oz. Jack cheese
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between 2 sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. With flat side of a mallet, gently pound breasts until each is about 1/4-inch thick.
Set aside.
