Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 large onion
    2 large carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; combine with onions, soup and sour cream.
    Melt margarine and mix with half of stuffing.
    Place on bottom of 9 x 13-inch or 3-quart baking dish.
    Add half of the squash mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Add remaining squash and top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10.
