Diabetic Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. sweetener
Preparation

Combine raisins in water.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Add beaten egg. Add soft shortening, rolled oats, sweetener and vanilla. Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Mix all together well.
Pour into greased layer cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
