Spicy Spinach Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 slices fried bacon
1 pkg. frozen spinach
4 medium potatoes
4 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
red hot pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation

Fry bacon; drain and set aside.
Cook spinach; drain and set aside.
Boil potatoes; drain and mash.
Then add spinach to potatoes.
