Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients.
Add milk to beaten egg yolks and add to dry ingredients, stirring until mixed.
Stir in butter, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in well greased 9-inch square pan.
