Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, oil and buttermilk in large bowl and mix well.
Add sweet potatoes (which have been sweetened with sugar and melted butter).
Beat until fluffy.
Knead on floured paper.
Pat out and cut.
Place in buttered pans.
Grease tops with melted butter.
Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0) until done.
