Ribs And Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. slab meaty spareribs
2 to 3 lb. kraut, undrained
brown sugar
water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Place kraut in large, flat baking pan and sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
Dab some water over top and lay on the ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
Check now and then as you may have to add some water.
