Bunuelos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. ice cold water
Preparation
    Blend as a pie pastry; roll small balls into thin circles. Deep-fry in hot oil; sprinkle with extra cinnamon and sugar.
    Makes approximately 42 Bunuelos.
