Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. hot milk
    chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove skin and bone from salmon
    and
    mash
    fine.
    Mix salmon, salt, pepper, lemon juice,\tbeaten\tegg
    yolk, cracker crumbs and hot milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle paprika over
    top\tand bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
