Ham And Zucchini Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Havarti, Cheddar, etc.)
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a 10-inch covered skillet, saute zucchini and onions in hot oil until lightly browned.
    Remove from pan.
    Beat together eggs, milk, Italian seasoning and salt.
    Pour into pan.
    Arrange zucchini and ham over egg mixture.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until eggs are partially set.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
