Crepe Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Combine and mix the eggs and salt with mixer or wire whip until smooth. Gradually add flour alternately with milk. Beat until smooth. Add the butter. Brush oil very lightly on skillet every 4th crepe. Use 1-ounce ladle. Turn to smooth over very thin; brown, turn and brown.
