Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. biscuit baking mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain well.
    Cool completely.
    Mix cheese, biscuit mix and water.
    Add sausage and mix with fork until blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Puffs can be made ahead and frozen after baking.
    Reheat in 375\u00b0 oven.
