Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely cut pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
    Put in a greased baking dish.
    Mix mushroom soup, cheese, pimento, salt and milk together. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
