Buttermilk Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, margarine and cream of tartar together like pie crumbs, keeping 1/2 cup for topping.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into 2 pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on depth of pans.
