Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans kidney beans, drained
3 sweet pickles, chopped
1 small onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 head lettuce
4 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. diced celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except the eggs.
Place on a nest of lettuce.
Chill before serving.
Garnish with wedges of hard-boiled eggs.
