Swedish Nut Cake (Pineapple) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts - almonds, pecans, etc.
Preparation

Mix together the above ingredients in the order listed.
Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
