Mushroom Melody - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. your favorite mushrooms, cleaned
    6 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. cooking wine (white or rose)
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    4 leaves fresh basil (when in season)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. quick mixing flour
    1 lb. linguini (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet at a medium heat, simmer oil, chopped mushrooms, garlic, parsley, lemon pepper, salt, basil and butter. Stir until mushrooms are golden and tender.
    Add wine and shortly after sprinkle flour.
    Mix well.
    Cook over low heat for five minutes.
    Add a splash of wine.
    Serve over linguini cooked according to package.
    This is also delicious over tender veal.
