Tuna-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. medium noodles
    6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 c. celery
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. pimento, chopped
    4 oz. American or cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 can peas
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    paprika
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Combine cooked noodles with tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and peas.
    Blend soup and milk.
    Add cheese.
    Stir and add to noodle mixture.
    Turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and stir again.
    Sprinkle paprika and almonds on top. Cover and cook on high for another 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
