Peanut-Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed and divided
    1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 oz. milk chocolate candy bar, shaved
    1/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal; stir 2/3 cup peanuts into flour mixture.
    Press peanut mixture into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; cool completely.
