Molded Blue Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold dry white wine
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    few dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 (8 oz.) Blue cheese, cubed
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Pour wine into blender container.
    Sprinkle with gelatin.
    Let stand 2 to 3 minutes to soften.
    Add hot milk, whirl for 2 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved and blended.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
    Add cheeses, a few cubes at a time, whirling until mixture is smooth and well combined.
