*Baked Lamb With Orzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 shoulder lamb chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste, dilute in water
    lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, minced
    1 c. orzo
    3 c. boiling water (plus more as needed)
Preparation
    Brown lamb chops in roasting pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
