Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add carrot.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
