Rich Dark Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. nuts

Preparation

Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan after mixing all together.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
