Lite No Bake Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham cracker sq. (2 1/2-inches each)
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (0.3 oz.) pkg. low calorie lemon gelatin
    1 lemon
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) light frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Finely chop graham crackers. Mix with margarine.
    Press crumb mixture into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
