Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. almond extract
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    In bowl, add the vegetable oil, sugar, egg, mashed bananas and almond extract. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix into batter. Stir in the crushed pineapple and chopped almonds. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
