Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg, hard-boiled
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach, bite size (6 packed c.)
    6 bacon strips, fried crisp, drained and cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 c. garlic croutons
    1/4 c. sliced scallions or white part of green onions
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Finely chop the egg white and
    serve for garnish.
